Shipping & Return Policy
All standard Vantage Point Candle orders ship out within 1 week of your online order. Once shipped, orders may take up to five business days to arrive. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us at scents@vantagepointcandles.com we will make every reasonable effort to meet your request, but in no case shall we be liable to you if we are unable to meet such date. Standard Shipping fees are charged at the time the order is placed and are generally considered final. Additional shipping cost may apply if arrangements are made for expedited orders.

Vantage Point Candle LLC stands behind the products we sell. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your order, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. If you need to return anything, we offer hassle-free returns with a thirty (30) day guarantee for all of our products.
Damaged Product Return?
If your product is damaged or defective, we happily refund 100% of the purchase price and pay the return shipping for products ordered within the past 60 days.
Unwanted Product Return?
We will refund the full value of fully sellable products ordered within the past 60 days, and you simply pay the return shipping costs.
